Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all districts across Bangladesh. Orders are processed and shipped from Dhaka.

Delivery Timeframes

Inside Dhaka: Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Outside Dhaka: Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Inside Dhaka: Delivery charge is ৳60.

Outside Dhaka (Nationwide): Delivery charge is ৳120.

Free shipping promotions may apply during special campaigns. Any applicable free shipping conditions will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and confirmed, we begin processing it within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or phone call.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partner will collect payment upon handing over your package.

Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via SMS or phone call. You can also contact us directly for order status updates.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of placing the order. Aroby’s Collection is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to reach you by phone. After multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
