HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders within Dhaka are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. For deliveries outside Dhaka, please allow 3–5 business days. During sales events or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation call or SMS once your order is dispatched.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. If the error is on our end, we will arrange a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns for non-damaged products, so please review product details carefully before ordering.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched to our courier partner, address changes may not be possible. You can reach us via WhatsApp or phone during business hours.

After your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or phone call. You can also contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or phone to check the current status of your delivery.

WHAT DO I DO IF I ENTERED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, we will coordinate with the courier to redirect the delivery where possible.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Currently, Aroby's Collection delivers exclusively within Bangladesh. We ship to all districts across the country. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working on expanding our delivery coverage in the future.

WILL MY ITEMS COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Yes, all items from a single order are shipped together in one package. If you place multiple separate orders, each order will be shipped individually. We ensure all items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
